Pet Summon Global – User Agreement Summary

Effective Date: January 11, 2022

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Pet Summon games and related services provided by STARJOY INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED and its affiliates (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the game or clicking “Agree,” you accept all terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential.
• Accounts cannot be transferred, shared, or sold.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

2. User Conduct

Users must comply with all applicable laws and in-game rules. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized plug-ins.
• Harassment, hate speech, or offensive behavior.
• Misuse of chat, trading, or payment systems.

We may restrict or ban accounts that violate community standards or harm other players.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, text, and audio are the property of STARJOY INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED or its licensors. Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute game content without permission.

4. Data & Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data may be shared with affiliates and service providers for game operations.

5. Updates & Changes

We may update game content or terms at any time. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

• The game and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for data loss, errors, or unauthorized access.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for rule violations, inactivity, or legal reasons. Terminated users lose access to their accounts and in-game data.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration or the competent courts of Hong Kong.
